When you stay at a hotel you usually have to present your ID to the front desk during the check in process when you arrive. As serviced apartments don’t have front desks for checking-in guests, we ask for identification to be submitted online before your arrival.
We want to ensure all of our guests have an Exceptional City Experience, and aim to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our simple online check-in process is very quick and verifies the identity of all of the guests that are staying with us.
Our automated system processes your details to enable the process to be completed quickly and efficiently, it does err on the side of caution and at times the decision is made for us to cancel a booking due to risk management. In these rare instances we always offer a full refund. Whilst we as a business don’t want to have to do this, the experience of all of our guests is of paramount importance.
Of course, we respect everybody’s decision should they wish not to provide additional information for the check-in process and will offer a full refund in those instances too.
